• Learn how your deep core and pelvic floor work together

• Intro to functional lift + carry strategies

Pelvic Floor Coordination & Core Engagement

Contraction vs relaxation (why both matter)
• When not to Kegel
• Abdominal wall recruitment

WEEK 3

Stability From the Inside Out

• Core timing + sequencing
• Hip + pelvic stability
• Confidence-building loaded movements
• Glute activation + functional mobility mechanics
