MUSCULOSKELETAL PAIN
Musculoskeletal pain can be localized in one area, or widespread. We treat pain in all regions of the body, from head to toe. Often low back pain is the most common type of musculoskeletal pain Other common types of pain include tendonitis, myalgia (muscle pain), and fractures. We assist with sports injuries and sport readiness, pre and post-surgical needs, functional movement training, fall recovery, and pain associated with the aging process. At Next Level Therapy, we are skilled in treating all forms of musculoskeletal pain. Through providing individualized one-on-one treatment sessions, we are able to establish the source of your pain and develop the treatment approach most suited to not only treat your current problem, but empower, elevate, and educate you toward a path of overall wellness.
MYOFASCIAL RELEASE PAIN MANAGEMENT
Myofascial release is a gentle hands on procedure. It involves a sustained pressure applied to the tissue over a prolonged period to allow the fascia to elongate. By releasing the fascia, using myofascial release techniques, pain is reduced, and mobility is improved.
You and your therapist will complete a thorough client interview including discussion of your goals. After this, your therapist will complete a full assessment and then develop a specific treatment plan to work toward achieving your goal.
DRY NEEDLING
Dry needling can be used for a wide variety of musculoskeletal issues, such as shoulder, neck, heel, hip, and back pain.
The goal of dry needling is to reduce pain. Dry needling is rarely a standalone procedure and often combined with other modalities/interventions to help you reach your NEXT LEVEL!

“Where there’s stagnation, there will be pain. Remove the stagnation, and you remove the pain.”
Cupping therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Cupping is not new and is currently used in traditional medicine. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
