This one-day, lab-intensive training is designed for licensed pelvic health providers looking to expand their skills and confidence when working with penis owners. The course covers everything from external and internal pelvic floor assessment to manual therapy techniques for the penis, testicles, inguinal canal, and prostate — with emphasis on function, breath, sexual health, and clinical reasoning.

You'll leave with the ability to assess and treat common challenges like:

  •  Erectile & ejaculatory dysfunction

  •  Urinary incontinence & urgency

  •  Constipation, bloating, and bowel dysfunction

  •  Genital & pelvic pain syndromes

  •  Pre/Post-prostatectomy rehab

  •  Nervous system overactivity and soft tissue restriction

What’s Included in the Pelvic Health for Penis Owners Course

Comprehensive Pre-Course Learning

Foundational anatomy and physiology of the male pelvic floor, abdominal wall, pelvic organs, and fascial relationships. This includes sexual function, continence mechanisms, prostate anatomy, and pressure regulation so you arrive prepared to build clinical skill with clarity and confidence.

Hands-On Technique Training

Step-by-step lab instruction in external and internal techniques designed to address pelvic pain, erectile dysfunction, urinary dysfunction, post-surgical restrictions, and core integration challenges.

Live In-Person Model for Technique Practice

In-person participants will practice all techniques on a live male model in a professionally guided and respectful learning environment. This allows for real-time feedback, anatomical accuracy, tactile confidence, and the opportunity to refine clinical handling skills under direct supervision. This experience is invaluable in bridging theory and real-world application.

Expanded Sexual Health Integration

A dedicated section focused on the biomechanics, vascular considerations, nervous system influence, and muscular coordination involved in male sexual function. You will learn practical assessment strategies, how to confidently guide patient conversations, and how to progress treatment plans for meaningful outcomes in sexual health.

Pre- and Post-Prostatectomy Rehabilitation Training

In-depth education on preparing patients for prostate surgery and guiding them through recovery, including:

  • Pre-operative pelvic floor coordination and pressure management training

  • Core and breath integration strategies

  • Early post-operative mobility and scar considerations

  • Continence retraining progression

  • Return-to-function strategies for sexual health

  • Clinical reasoning for complications such as incontinence, pelvic pain, and erectile dysfunction

You will leave prepared to support patients both before surgery to optimize outcomes and after surgery to restore function safely and effectively.

Full Technique Video Library

Access to video demonstrations of techniques taught in class so you can review and refine your skills long after the course concludes.

Full-Color Clinical Manual

A detailed manual with anatomy, clinical reasoning, patient communication guidance, and step-by-step treatment instruction designed to serve as an ongoing reference in your practice.

Live Teaching Assistant Support

Experienced teaching assistants support both in-person and online participants to ensure hands-on feedback, real-time clarification, and meaningful clinical discussion.

Testimonials for the Course

Having just completed Lisa's penis owner course, it was a great learning experience. The curriculum was thorough, to make me feel comfortable treating a patient.

Each topic was broken down into clear, manageable sections. Lisa enhanced our understanding through a variety of supplemental materials. The handouts provided are good reference tools, with videos to review as well. This multimodal teaching approach helps reinforce key points and my learning style.

Lisa's teaching style deserves special recognition. Her warm, approachable demeanor created a truly supportive classroom environment. As someone just transitioning into this practice area, I especially appreciated how she normalized uncertainty.

For any practitioner moving into this space, Lisa's course provides both the comprehensive knowledge base, and the supportive learning environment needed to succeed. The combination of thorough content, excellent organization, quality materials, and exceptional teaching makes this course truly outstanding. Thank you Lisa for sharing your knowledge!
