THE NEXT LEVEL APPROACH
At Next Level Therapy, we take a whole-body approach to healing—because your recovery is about more than just one injury.
Our personalized, one-on-one treatments are designed to support your long-term health and wellness.
Often we find through evaluation that the tissue is the issue. We will help you find a balance between mobility, stability, and strength to get you to YOUR Next Level.
PELVIC FLOOR THERAPY
Pelvic floor therapy focuses on strengthening and balancing the muscles that support your bladder, bowel, and reproductive organs.
Whether you're dealing with pain, incontinence, or discomfort, we work with you to improve function, reduce symptoms, and support your overall pelvic health.
Penis and Prostate Pelvic Health Services
Post-Prostatectomy Dysfunction
After prostate surgery, many men experience urinary leakage, pelvic pain, or difficulty with erections due to changes in pelvic floor muscle function. Pelvic health therapy can help restore bladder control, improve erectile function, and reduce discomfort through targeted exercises, manual therapy, and lifestyle modifications.
Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS)
This persistent, often frustrating condition can cause pain in the pelvis, lower abdomen, groin, or genitals—sometimes mistaken for prostatitis. Pelvic health therapy focuses on relaxation techniques, manual therapy, and movement strategies to calm nerve irritation, improve muscle function, and reduce pain.
Erectile Dysfunction (ED)
Pelvic floor muscles play a key role in blood flow, stability, and erection strength. Weak or uncoordinated muscles can contribute to ED, even in men without major health issues. Therapy includes strengthening, coordination exercises, and neuromuscular re-education to support better function and confidence.
Pudendal Neuralgia
This nerve-related condition can cause burning, shooting, or aching pain in the perineum, genitals, or sit bones, often worsened by sitting. Pelvic therapy helps by releasing muscle tension, improving nerve mobility, and retraining movement patterns to reduce irritation and discomfort.
Urinary Incontinence
Leaking urine—even a small amount—can be frustrating and impact daily life. Whether from prostate surgery, aging, or muscle weakness, pelvic therapy helps by strengthening and retraining the pelvic floor muscles to improve bladder control and reduce urgency or post-void dribbling.
Coccydynia (Tailbone Pain)
Pain at the tailbone can make sitting, standing, or even bowel movements uncomfortable. Often linked to pelvic floor dysfunction, therapy focuses on manual techniques, posture training, and mobility work to ease pain and restore comfort.

INCONTINECE
Incontinence is due to an incoordination of your pelvic floor muscles. You will benefit from a pelvic floor therapy consult with our specialists at Next Level Therapy.
Pelvic floor therapy will address muscle dysfunction, educate you in the tools needed to regain your inner muscular balance and strength, and empower you to return to a full and complete quality of living.

CHRONIC PELVIC PAIN
Chronic pelvic pain, including prolonged back, hip, SI joint, or tailbone pain, is often linked to dysfunction in the pelvic floor muscles. You will benefit from a pelvic floor therapy consult with our specialists at Next Level Therapy.
Pelvic floor therapy will address muscle imbalances, improve coordination, and provide you with the tools needed to reduce pain, restore function, and regain control of your daily movements—helping you return to a full and active life.

PROSTATE RELATED CONDITIONS
Prostate pain, along with difficulty urinating, can be linked to prostate dysfunction, post-surgical recovery, or complications from prostatitis. You will benefit from a pelvic floor therapy consult with our specialists at Next Level Therapy.
Pelvic floor therapy will address muscle dysfunction, improve bladder control, and provide you with the tools needed to manage pain, enhance recovery after surgery, and prevent further complications—helping you regain comfort and confidence in your daily life.
More on the Diagnosis We Treat
Pelvic floor concerns can feel uncomfortable to talk about and may even leave you feeling embarrassed or hopeless. At Next Level Therapy, we create a safe, supportive space where your concerns are heard, validated, and addressed with care.

PELVIC ORGAN PROLAPSE
Pelvic organ prolapse occurs when the deep core and pelvic floor muscles aren’t able to provide the support they should. This weakness can cause one or more organs to shift, leading to sensations of pressure, heaviness, or even the feeling that “something is falling out.” It can feel overwhelming — but you are not alone, and there are options for help.
There are a few common types of prolapse:
-
Rectocele – when the rectum presses into the vaginal wall, sometimes making bowel movements difficult.
-
Cystocele – when the bladder drops against the vaginal wall, which may lead to urinary challenges.
-
Uterine prolapse – when the uterus shifts downward into the vaginal canal, often creating a heavy or bulging sensation.

DIASTASIS RECTI
Diastasis recti (DR) is the partial or complete separation of the rectus abdominis — the “six-pack” muscles that meet at the midline of your stomach. It’s especially common during and after pregnancy, but it can happen to anyone.
You may be experiencing DR if you notice:
-
Low back pain
-
Poor posture
-
Constipation
-
Bloating
At Next Level Therapy, we take a whole-person approach to healing. Through therapeutic intervention, we’ll teach you the proper techniques to safely rebuild your core, decrease uncomfortable symptoms, and support your body’s recovery. We’ll also provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to promote healing from the inside out.

PAINFUL INTIMACY
Painful intimacy, also called dyspareunia, is more common than many realize — yet it often goes unspoken. Many patients hesitate to bring it up, but you deserve a safe space to talk about it. At Next Level Therapy, you’ll find an environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to learn how education and treatment can elevate both your mind and body.
There are many potential causes of painful intimacy. Sometimes they are biomechanical, sometimes psychosocial, and often a combination of both. That’s why we take a whole-person approach — completing a thorough evaluation to understand what’s really happening in your body and your life.
Treatment is never one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll explore your options, collaborate on the right plan for you, and work toward restoring comfort and confidence so that intimacy can once again be pleasurable and pain-free.

INCONTINECE
Incontinence can feel frustrating and isolating — but it’s not something you just have to live with.
Often, leaking happens because the pelvic floor muscles aren’t coordinating the way they should. At Next Level Therapy, we take the time to understand what’s really happening in your body and create a plan that’s tailored to you.
Through pelvic floor therapy, we’ll address muscle dysfunction, teach you tools to retrain and strengthen your core system, and give you the confidence to move through life without worry.
Our goal is simple: to help you feel supported, in control, and free to enjoy your everyday life again.

CHRONIC PELVIC PAIN
Chronic pelvic pain can take a toll — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Whether it shows up as back pain, hip discomfort, SI joint issues, or tailbone pain, these symptoms are often connected to how the pelvic floor muscles are working (or not working) together. At Next Level Therapy, we know how discouraging it can feel to live with pain day after day — and we’re here to help.
Through pelvic floor therapy, we focus on restoring balance: easing muscle tension, improving coordination, and giving you practical tools to support your body outside the clinic. Our goal is to help you find lasting relief, regain confidence in your movement, and return to the activities that make life full.

PROSTATE RELATED CONDITIONS
Prostate-related pain and urinary challenges are more common than most people realize — but that doesn’t make them any less frustrating.
Whether you’re navigating discomfort, difficulty urinating, post-surgical recovery, or complications from prostatitis, these issues can impact your daily life in ways that are hard to ignore. At Next Level Therapy, we want you to know you’re not alone — and there are supportive options available.
Pelvic floor therapy can help by addressing muscle dysfunction, restoring coordination, and improving bladder control. Together, we’ll build a plan that supports recovery, reduces pain, and helps prevent future complications — so you can feel more comfortable, confident, and in control again.
If you’re experiencing any of these concerns, know that you don’t have to simply “live with it.” At Next Level Therapy, we work with you to strengthen, support, and restore function — helping you feel more in control of your body and more confident in your everyday life.
You don’t have to struggle alone — with the right tools and support, you can regain strength, stability, and confidence in your body.

Myofascial release is a gentle hands on procedure. It involves a sustained pressure applied to the tissue over a prolonged period to allow the fascia to elongate. By releasing the fascia, using myofascial release techniques, pain is reduced, and mobility is improved.
Visceral manipulation is a gentle, hands on technique that uses light, precise pressure to areas of tension to assess and release restrictions in the organs and surrounding tissues, helping improve mobility., circulation, and function.
Dry needling is a targeted technique that uses thin needles to release muscle tension, improve blood flow, and reduce pain. By stimulating trigger points, it helps reset tight or overworked muscles, promoting better movement and faster recovery.
Corrective exercise training focuses on retraining movement patterns to improve strength, stability, and mobility. By targeting imbalances and weaknesses, it helps reduce pain, prevent injury, and build a stronger foundation for daily movement and long-term health.

When there’s tension or restriction, it can show up as pain, bloating, pelvic discomfort, or even shoulder, rib or back pain. Pregnancy and postpartum can bring a lot of tension, pain, and muscle imbalances—and sometimes, your body needs a little extra help to reset. Dry Needling is a targeted way to relieve tightness, improve muscle function, and support your recovery. While I do dry needle the entire body, a specialization in pre and postpartum care allows me to use this technique to help with everything from C-section scar tightness to pelvic pain and back discomfort. It’s a gentle but powerful tool to help your body feel more balanced and at ease.
Myofascial Release (Specialized John Barnes Training)
Tension and restrictions in your fascia—the body’s connective tissue—can lead to pain, stiffness, and discomfort that just won’t go away. Whether you’re dealing with pelvic pain, scar tissue tightness, difficulty with rib expansion, jaw, hip, back, or shoulder pain, or lingering tension, this work helps your body unwind and find a more natural, comfortable balance.
