At Next Level Therapy, Body Ready Method® Pro is integrated with pelvic health occupational therapy to provide individualized care. Sessions may include hands-on manual therapy, movement retraining, targeted exercises, and education to help you feel confident and supported throughout your pregnancy journey

What is the Body Ready Method®

​​The Body Ready Method® is an advanced, whole-body approach designed to prepare the body for pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. Rather than focusing only on the pelvic floor, this method evaluates how the entire body works together to support optimal movement, stability, and pressure management.

During a Body Ready Method® Pro session, we assess and address key areas that influence pelvic health and birth preparation, including:

Core coordination and pressure management
Pelvic floor mobility and function
Hip and pelvic alignment
Breathing mechanics
Fascial and connective tissue mobility
Functional strength and movement patterns
