WHAT IS THIS CLASS?

Next Level Pelvic Performance™ is an 8-week small-group fitness + pelvic wellness program designed to help women strengthen their deep core, pelvic floor, posture, hips, and full body using smart, evidence-informed movement.

This class teaches you how to:
• Breathe for strength and pressure control
• Activate your deep stabilizers
• Build whole-body strength without gripping
• Lift, carry, squat, hinge, and move with confidence
• Reduce pressure, leaking, or heaviness
• Apply functional strategies to daily life and fitness

Perfect for women in all life stages: postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, athletes, beginners — anyone wanting to rebuild their strength from the inside out

WHEN DOES IT RUN?

This is a full 8-week series, meeting once per week for 45–60 minutes.

You choose the class time that works best for you:

🌸 Option 1 — Tuesday Mornings

Tuesdays at 9:30 AM
Start Date: January 13th
Duration: 8 consecutive weeks

🌸 Option 2 — Wednesday Evenings

Wednesdays at 4:30 PM
Start Date: January 21st
Duration: 8 consecutive weeks

Both classes are held at Next Level Therapy – Lakewood and include the same high-level curriculum, progression, and support.

WHAT TO BRING

To help you feel comfortable and prepared for class, please bring:

• Your own yoga mat
• A water bottle
• Comfortable movement clothing
• Clean socks or barefoot — whichever feels best for stability
• A small towel (optional)
• Your phone or notebook if you like to jot down cues or reminders
