PRICING
Services at Next Level Therapy are provided on a fee for services basis. Payment is expected at the time of service and is accepted via cash, check, all major credit cards, HSA, and HRA.
We are considered “out of network” for most major insurance carriers. At the completion of your treatment plan you will be provided with an itemized receipt of services that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

PELVIC FLOOR PREGNANCY ABC’S
3 Total Visits: 2 Prenatal Visits and 1 Postnatal Visit.
1st Visit to begin in 2nd trimester and includes internal exam.
2nd Visit around 35 weeks prenatally.
3rd Visit is reserved for a 6-8 postnatal follow-up with internal exam.
Internal exam not required, internal exam only completed per patient request and consent.

PERSONAL INCONTINENCE WELLNESS EDUCATION AND TRAINING (FOR SENIORS)
3 Visit sessions include:
- Education in typical bladder function and how it applies to your life.
- A look at your current bladder.
Assessment of your lifestyle habits that can be harming your bladder health.
- Implementation of a bladder wellness program with the aim to decrease your specific needs: daytime and/or nighttime incontinence or both.
