Real movement. Real coaching.
Real-life carryover.
This is the actual movement approach and coaching style you’ll experience during the training.
WHY I CREATED THIS TRAINING
After teaching the original Next Level Pelvic Performance™ client program, I saw how powerful it was for clients to finally understand their breath, pressure system, deep core, pelvic floor, posture, hips, and movement as one connected system.

Clients were not only getting stronger physically. They were moving differently in daily life. They were understanding pressure management during lifting, exercise, running, carrying, posture, and functional movement in a way that finally made sense.

This teacher training was created for clinicians who want to bring that same structure, progression, and systems-based movement approach into their own practice

HOW THE TRAINING WORKS
We will meet online weekly for 8 weeks for approximately 1.5 hours.

If you can’t attend live, all sessions will be recorded.
Lisa will also schedule one additional Zoom Q&A session for anyone unable to attend live, so you’ll still have the opportunity to ask questions and connect directly.

During each session:
-
The first hour will focus on moving through the program as a participant so you can feel the progression in your own body.
-
The remaining time will be used for teaching discussion, clinical application, modifications, and Q&A.

This is designed to be practical, interactive, and immediately applicable to clinical practice.
