--

At Next Level Therapy, our priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and truly listened to. Every session is centered around your story—your body, your experiences, and your goals. We’re here to walk alongside you, offering the tools, care, and encouragement you need to move forward.

Together, we’ll take your health to the next level.

Step 1: Book Your Evaluation

Your recovery journey starts with understanding your unique needs, and the first step is to schedule an evaluation at one of our convenient locations in Lakewood or Medina. Your evaluation is all about you. During this 90-minute session, we take a personal, hands-on approach to understanding your health and goals. Together, we’ll create a customized treatment plan designed to help you achieve the functional goals that matter most to you. This is where the journey toward recovery and feeling your best truly begins.

Diagnosis and Conditions We Treat

Talking about pelvic floor issues isn’t always easy. For many, it feels embarrassing or even hopeless—like these are things you just have to live with.

Often issues unique to pelvic floor concerns are considered "taboo" and things we do not talk about. who talks about trouble leaking or trouble peeing and pooing? Should we be saying "pee" and "poop"? Should I just do Kegel exercise... doesn't doing Kegel's help everything?

Concerns like leaking, constipation, pain, or difficulty with intimacy are often brushed off as “normal” parts of life after having a baby, surgery, menopause, or simply aging. But while these issues are common, they are not something you have to accept.

Often we feel our problems are minimized by health professionals.

At Next Level Therapy, we want you to know you’re not alone. Your concerns are real, and they deserve to be heard. We create a safe space to talk about what’s going on in your body—without judgment and without minimizing your experience.

And let’s clear up a myth: Kegels are not a one-size-fits-all solution. In fact, done incorrectly or at the wrong time, they can sometimes make things worse.

We’re here to help you understand what’s happening, find the right approach for your body, and give you the tools and support you need to start feeling better.
