Manual Skills for ALL Practitioners

Practical skills. A functional approach. Across practice settings.

March 5–6, 2027 | Friday & Saturday

A two-day, hands-on course designed for occupational therapy practitioners across practice settings - from orthopedics and hand therapy to neurology, home health, and acute care. Learn practical manual techniques and explore how to connect them with movement, daily activities, and occupational performance. Both days include guided practice labs to help you build confidence using these skills in your clinical setting.

Day 1: Fascial Work, Cupping & Taping

Explore fascial relationships and learn hands-on techniques, cupping, and taping applications to support tissue mobility and movement. Guided labs will give you time to practice techniques and consider how to incorporate them into everyday OT care.

Day 2: Visceral Manipulation Skills

Build on day one by exploring the relationship between the internal organs, surrounding tissues, and whole-body movement. Learn gentle visceral mobility techniques through guided labs, connecting your observations and treatment choices to functional goals.
